Founded in Edmonton, Alberta in 2020, Align Home Design strives to impact people through homes and spaces. No matter what project we’re designing, we always aim to make a difference in the city’s landscape. STEP ONE:

Initial Consultation

The process begins here. You will be welcomed into our office for a no-charge initial consultation meeting with one of our designers. During this consultation, we will ask you to tell us all about your hopes and vision for your project. This meeting allows us to get to know you and your ideas, so we can better understand what you would like to see in your home, and how you and your family would use it. Not only is this meeting about you and your wish list, but it also gives you a chance to learn a little about Align Home Design and if you feel we are the right fit for your project. At the end of this meeting, we can give you a tailored quote for your project that you can take home and discuss before proceeding to the next steps with us.

COORDINATION SERVICES

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN CONTROLS

If you're building on a lot that is within a subdivision, you will have to have approval on elevation type, exterior finishes, and exterior color selections. The developer that you or your builder bought your lot from has chosen a specific company to approve all of this. We can help guide you through the process.
