COORDINATION SERVICES
Residential Design
Controls
If you're building on a lot that is within a subdivision, you will have to have approval on elevation type, exterior finishes, and exterior color selections. The developer that you or your builder bought your lot from has chosen a specific company to approve all of this. We can help guide you through the process.
Structural
Engineering
Every project requires being looked at by a structural engineer. They are able to provide you with specific details that you will be required to submit with your permit application. Some of these required details are: Tall Wall Details, Rebar Details, etc.
Floor & Roof
Design
While we have designed what your roof and floor plans will look like, the plans still need to be sent to a roof and flooring company. These companies at this stage will provide you with the design and a quote for the materials that will be eventually delivered onsite to be used to build your dream home.
Window & Door Quote

This is similar to the last couple of additional services. Our plans need to be sent to a window supplier. They will go through the plans and put together a quote and window package for you. This is also required as part of your building permit application.
Plot Plan
The plot plan is another document that is required in order to get the permit approval from the municipality you are building in. The plot plan can also be helpful for us to make any last-minute adjustments for you on your plan. The plot plan will show your house placement on your lot, both with your setbacks as well as the height of your elevation.
Performance
Energy
Package
We have the ability to provide you with the prescriptive energy path. However, if you choose another path, we can help point you in the direction of a company or coordinate the energy design package on your behalf.
Permit
Application
Once you have all of the above ready to go, you are ready to complete your building permit applications and submit them to the city/county that you will be building in. We are here for any guidance or assistance you may need.
